She marked her Print and hit the fashion Industry by storm when she launched her intriguingly beautiful beach and swim wear design label in 2019. What was the Inspiration behind her look? Her Love for the Surf Culture and her Surf Back Ground.

Louisa Ballou pieces consist of bold beautiful prints and colors, along with edgy cutouts and gold rings connecting and completing the look of the beautiful garments. Farai London Resort Dress By Designer MaryAnne Msengi.

The "It" Dress of Summer 2020!

So I happened to be looking for inspired looks resembling the dress worn by both beauty moguls Kylie Jenner and Lori Harvey this past summer.

To my surprise I stumbled across awesome information and insight about the designer behind the most popular summer dress of 2020. The Same Gorgeous Resort Dress Worn By Both Kylie and Lori is not by Dolce and Gabbana nor by Versace as I initially assumed or expected. The designer behind the beautifully made dress is MaryAnne Msengi, a Black UK-London based designer who Launched her brand Farai London this past July of 2020. I came across knowledge of the designer Maryanne Msengi from an article published by "Insider" at www.insider.com who spoke about and highlighted Maryanne Msengi being the designer of one of the most talked about resort dresses of 2020.

I was so proud and intrigued (to say the least) to see another young woman especially woman of color walking into her divine purpose, that I instantly wanted to see more of her brand and work.

I clicked on the hyperlink to her website, insider provided in their article highlighting the designer and to my surprise the lovely most talked about dress is 1.) affordable 2.) came in other beautiful prints as well as solid colors 3.) Inclusiveness... The models are beautiful different color hues of brown and different shapes and sizes.

The original Price of the dress was $119.00 and now marked down for a whopping $75.65!!! (talk about a good deal!). Most of the sizes for the most talked about resort dress is out of stock (at the moment). But I like to think the fashion Gods favored me... as I was fortunate to stumbled across knowledge of the young beautiful and talented designer, for allowing my size to still be in stock ( you damn right I purchased it!) and finding this dress at an affordable cost ($75.65)

In closing it is a breath of fresh air to see the vision of new fashion gods and goddesses, see them walk into their purpose and bring innovative ideas and looks to the fashion world and make their divine mark. 🌻
